Received his Baccalaureus in Dentistry from the University of Stellenbosch in 1986 followed by his Magister in Dentistry from the University of Pretoria in 1992. He has 36 years of clinical experience as a registered specialist in private practice in Periodontology, Oral Medicine and Implantology (1992- current position) as part of a multidisciplinary specialist clinic.
His clinical expertise extends through oral medicine, mucogingival plastic procedures, laser-assisted bio-stimulation of the periodontium, periodontal surgery, bone regeneration and implantology.

Dr Theo Van Der Walt
DENTIST
Dr Van Der Walt graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in 1983,. Following a year of practising dentistry in the UK, he returned to South Africa and relocated to Cape Town where he joined Dr Pat Josephson.
He successfully completed a post-graduate diploma in dental implantology at UWC in 2007 and served on the committee of the Cape Society for Dental Implantology for three years.
