I had an upper eyelid surgery with Dr. Lionel Jedeikin at the Alchimia Clinic. I did not have a general anaesthetic, but was sedated. It was a painless procedure and I wernt home after a couple of hours. At my appointment before the surgery, I was given very detailed information about what medication to avoid before the procedure plus a total description of what to expect in the weeks after surgery. I had previously had 2 blepharoplasty procedures several years ago and while they were a slight improvement to my upper eyelids, I was not entirely satisfied with the results. Dr. Jedeikin was highly recommended to me and I decided that I would redo the procedure. I am very happy with the results and if I were to have any other procedures done in the future, I would definitely go back there. The staff at the clinic are all professional, attentive and capable. I recently had a breast augmentation surgery with Dr Aimee Jenkin and Dr Simon Krige as my anaesthetist, both were so attentive and reassuring and made me feel very at ease before the procedure. I did not know what to expect but I was confident that I was in the right hands, and am so happy with the whole experience and with my results so far. From my consultations with Dr Jenkin, she made me feel very comfortable and was very honest and open about what I can expect and the process ahead. Dr Jenkin’s PA, Julia, is wonderful and communicated everything with me clearly, from my appointments, to what I can expect for the surgery and retreat. She is so kind,  patient, and very well organised. I felt very confident that I was in good hands for my surgery. From the doctors to the staff at the Alchimia Clinic, everyone was extremely professional and friendly, and made sure that I was comfortable from the moment I arrived. The matron and nurses were very attentive and took great care of me when I came out of surgery. I am very impressed with the retreat, 10/10 service and comfort. Nurse Shihaam was an absolute star, she is such a lovely person and made me smile even though I just came out of surgery. Her food was excellent and very well presented. If you are unsure to stay over at the retreat, I would definitely recommend it. I am very happy with my choice of clinic, doctors, and the retreat, it is evident that everyone is very professional and experienced in their fields. I’ve just returned home after having a mini facelift with Dr Dale Geofferys at Alchimia Clinic and is was such an easy, comfortable experience. The theater staff at Alchimia are wonderful. They really helped settle my nerves and made me feel calm and cared for. The clinic and theater are really top class. Dr Geoffreys is an absolutely brilliant surgeon. From the very first consultation he explained everything in great detail and made me feel calm and reassured just before the procedure. I’ve come home with absolutely no pain feeling fabulous. Thank you Dr Dale 🙌🏻 I spent the night in their Retreat downstairs and it was just brilliant. Shihaam looked after me and she is an absolute godsend and asset to the clinic. From her delicious cottage pie to washing and drying my hair, her kind and thoughtful way will always be remembered. I would return just to spend the night with her. I had a deep plane facelift with Dr Lionel Jedeikin, with Dr Ravin Patel also involved as part of the surgical team. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience and my results. My results are incredibly natural. I look like a fresher, more rested version of myself, which was exactly what I was hoping for. My recovery was also much easier than I had anticipated, thanks to the exceptional care I received throughout. Dr Jedeikin and Dr Patel both have the most wonderful manner. They are warm, kind, approachable, and took the time to answer every question, making me feel completely at ease from the very beginning. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine care gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. The whole team deserves recognition. Annette in theatre was wonderful, Shehaam at the recovery clinic was incredibly caring and attentive, and Debbie at reception was always warm, friendly, and helpful. Every interaction made me feel genuinely cared for. Thank you to Dr Jedeikin, Dr Patel, and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. I recently underwent a breast reduction at the Alchimia Clinic, performed by Dr. Geoffreys and Dr. Nikki Fuller as a my anaesthetist. As an international patient, this was a smooth and stress free process. From my initial zoom consult with Dr Geoffreys to our in person pre-op meeting, I felt extremely informed and comfortable with Dr Geoffreys, he made my dreams become a reality and I am so grateful for that and can’t recommend him more. A big shout out Julia, who works as Dr Geoffreys PA and answered every random question thrown at her over text message, at any random moment over several months in the big lead up to my surgery. Julia also regarded me with sheer warmth and excitement when discussing my surgery in person. The clinic is absolutely pristine, extremely clean with modern equipment and the matron / nurses operate as one, to absolute organised perfection. I was treated with warmness and kindness by everyone and I am glad I chose this clinic for SUCH a huge life changing surgery. I appreciate each and every nurse who helped me, chatted with me and showed the utmost professionalism and kindness. My surgeon also checked up on me regularly which left me feeling really reassured that everything was going as expected, post surgery. My overnight stay was comfortable and cozy, and I cannot speak more highly of Shiham! Wow what a woman! She is an absolute joy, and was attentive to all my needs at all hours. The meals you’re given are divinely home cooked, and beautifully presented, I felt like I was being cared for by my mom and it made all the difference. As someone whose never had any kind of surgery before, I didn’t know what to expect, and Alchimia clinic absolutely went above and beyond for me, I highly recommend them for anyone. The clinic had a great surgical And facilities really comfortable environment which made me feel extremely welcome in terms of the surgical team I think everything was done really professionally and really well which I really enjoyed the team made sure to look after you and was there if you needed anything at all times which also made me feel comfortable at all times in terms of the facilities I think it helped that it didn’t necessarily feel like a hospital Which made for a more comfortable recovery after surgery while being them overall I enjoyed my experience and the team was great

I had surgery at Alchimia and couldn’t speak more highly of my experience with absolutely every aspect of my time. I flew from Durban to Cape Town as I had heard wonderful things about my doctor, but was unfamiliar with the clinic itself. I couldn’t have picked a better place to be. I was nervous before I even checked in, Debbie at the front desk was so lovely and professional. Queen, in the ward made me feel at ease and she was cheeky and funny but knowledgeable, tentative and gentle at the same time. My surgeon was Dr Dale Geoffrey’s. From my first appointment with him, he was really open, warm, professional and knowledgeable. My surgery went fantastically and the results are more than I could’ve asked for. I was then checked into the Alchimia retreat and Shihaam was my nurse. I want to take her home with me! She was so lovely! The food she cooks tastes like love. She is funny, friendly and so, so gentle. It felt like I was staying with my mom. You can feel that she truly cares about her patients. She tucked me into bed at night and helped me change my clothes. She was so attentive. I loved my entire experience and I think I should make up an excuse to have a surgery every time I come to Cape Town just to stay here again! I had the most pleasant, warm service at Alchimia. Staff are wonderful, especially at the Retreat. Was so well taken care of. The procedure itself went smooth and the wonderful Tjasink's aftercare is amazing. Also have to mention Dr Tjasink's PA, Sisi, who is super helpful and always available. Would definitely recommend!!
